Architectural Photography

An estimate for architectural work is provided after an initial consultation and is created based on the estimated hours to complete the work and incidental costs involved. There is no fee for the initial consultation.

Residential Real Estate Photography

Pricing reflects housing up to 3 bedroom units and a standard lot size. Larger dwellings and additional acreage are handled on an individual basis. Pricing also assumes that property is ready to photograph and accessible upon scheduled arrival time.

Mileage Fee: There is no mileage fee for the Eugene / Springfield area. Cottage Grove, Junction City and similar distances are $15 additional. Please call for details on further locations.

Cannot Access Fee: Occasionally I get to a property and keys a/o lock boxes do not work or properties are simply not ready. I charge a nominal $15 fee for time and travel within the Eugene / Springfield area.
